Оценка эффективности дробления вибровалкового измельчителя

Abstract

Приведены результаты исследования разработанного вибровалкового измельчителя. Даны графики влияния величины зазора на процентное содержание продуктов измельчения при использовании гладких и профильных валков и оценка удельных энергозатрат измельчения твердых материалов, имеющих низкую механическую прочность. Результаты исследований сведены в таблицы. Results of the investigation of the developed vibro-roller chopper are presented. The paper gives diagrams of influence of gap magnitude on the percentage of disintegration products when using smooth and profile rollers and the evaluation of specific energy costs when disintegrating solid materials having a low mechanical strength. The research results are presented in the tables.
