Мониторинг состояния машиностроительного комплекса Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Описан процесс проведения мониторинга состояния машиностроительного комплекса. Систематизированы основные направления мониторинга. Предложены показатели для оценки тенденций развития машиностроения. The engineering complex of the Belarus Republic is one the key sectors in manufacturing industry and includes production of machinery, equipment, transport means, and electrical equipment. The problem of the efficient operation of the engineering complex and all manufacturing industry has got a particular topicality in view of the need appeared in the competitive increase of produce of the Belarus Republic. It makes to be essential the development of the program of socialeconomic development of industry at the state level to increase industry effectiveness. To achieve the planned values and prompt updating of management decisionmakings it is necessary to carry out grouped key parameters monitoring. Each group is presented as a totality of basic values characterizing economic activity directions most completely and manifesting the results of engineering complex activities of the Belarus Republic within the limits of the period under consideration. The monitoring results allow affecting precisely the presented directions of the activities of engineering companies with the purpose of their further development and effectiveness increase.
