Инновационная функция государства и ее структурные особенности

Abstract

Исследованы особенности развития инновационной деятельности в национальной экономике Республики Беларусь. Целью исследования является выявление тенденций и проблем развития процессов создания и внедрения инноваций в белорусской экономике. Проведен комплексный анализ динамики внедрения инноваций в экономике Беларуси в разрезе их отдельных видов. Выявлены особенности финансирования инновационной деятельности в промышленности Республики Беларусь. Установлено, что основным источником финансирования инноваций в белорусской экономике в современных условиях являются собственные средства предприятий. Исследована динамика изменения объема отгруженной инновационной продукции и оказанных услуг инновационного характера в белорусской экономике. Выявлены программные приоритеты инновационного развития национальной экономики Республики Беларусь. Обоснован комплекс практических рекомендаций, ориентированных на совершенствование государственной инновационной политики Республики Беларусь. The article is devoted to the research of the features of the development of innovation activity in the national economy of the Republic of Belarus. The objective of the research is identification of tendencies and problems of development of the processes of creation and inculcation of innovations into the Byelorussian economy. The complex analysis of the dynamics of engrafting innovations into the economy of Belarus in the aspect of their separate types is carried out. Features of financing innovation activity in the industry of the Republic of Belarus are revealed. It is established that the main source of financing innovations in the Byelorussian economy under modern conditions are the own means of enterprises. Dynamics of change in reference to the of volume of the shipped innovation production and the rendered services of innovational character in the Byelorussian economy are investigated. The program priorities of innovational development of the national economy of the Republic of Belarus are revealed. The complex of practical recommendations focussed on improvement of the state innovation policy of the Republic of Belarus is substantiated.
