Устойчивое развитие экономики: теоретико-методологические подходы и их реализация

Abstract

Рассмотрено обоснование понятия "устойчивое развитие" в классическом и эволюционном направлениях экономической теории. В исследовании механизма устойчивого развития использованы выводы кибернетики о развитии сложных систем. Развитие экономической системы является устойчивым, если оно не меняет свойства, отношения, ограничения данной системы. Рассмотрены основные цели устойчивого развития Беларуси и степень их достижения. The article considers the rationale for the concept of sustainable development in the classical and evolutionary directions of economic theory. The findigs of cybernetics on the development of complex systems were used to describe the mechanism of sustainable development. The development of the economic system is sustainable if it does not change the properties, attitudes limitations of the system. The main goals for sustainable development of Belarus and the level of their achievement are considered.
