Структура имитационной модели рабочего оборудования бульдозера

Abstract

The article is devoted to the creation of the simulation model of the operational equipment of the bulldozer and offers the structure of the given model in which the elements of the operational equipment: the blade, the hydrocylinder, the draft frame and soil are presented as library elements. The simulation model is intended for implementation on the computer as the software. Data on each element are offered to be kept in typified binary or not typified text files. The model as a whole is created by the user while carrying out the calculation. The basic difference of the suggested technique from existing ones is the opportunity of the determination of dynamic forces to digging resistance in the operation of the bulldozer. On the basis of the received calculation data it is possible to create the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the effort of the developed soil on the bulldozer blade. It will enable in designing operational equipment to apply modern calculation techniques on reliability and durability of the metal construction and the machine as a whole.
