Combined machining and rolling by a combined tool consisting of two different elements, cutting and rolling ones presupposes their balance as to endurance. The paper analyses the influence of existing cutting tools including highly-enduring tools having microrenewed cutting edge on dependability of the process and the quality of machining.
The problems of accuracy are considered and mathematical dependencies enabling errors in combined machining to be found are given. The ways for accuracy control in shapeforming of shaft surfaces are pointed out. |
