Инновационные подходы к управлению логистической системой предприятия

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты внедрения инноваций при организации логистики, что позволило промышленному предприятию значительно повысить эффективность сбытовой деятельности за счет оптимизации ассортимента продукции в рамках кооперированных поставок. В рамках информационно-аналитического блока показана необходимость сокращения затрат ресурсов и времени на логистические операции, занимающие большую долю производственного цикла. Произведен проектный анализ эффективности управления логистической системой распределения продукции промышленного предприятия. The article presents the results of the introduction of innovations in the organization of logistics, which allowed the industrial enterprise to significantly increase the efficiency of sales activities by optimizing the product range within the framework of cooperative deliveries. Within the framework of the information and analytical block, the need to reduce the cost of resources and time for logistics operations that occupy a large share of the production cycle is shown. A project analysis of the efficiency of management of the logistics system of distribution of products of an industrial enterprise has been carried out.
