Abstract

Удобство передвижения пешеходов в населенных пунктах и обеспечение безопасности их передвижения – один из важнейших вопросов организации движения. Однако, мы должны обратить особое внимание на передвижение пешеходов, с ограниченными возможностями. Ведь для развития любого общества это один из первостепенных вопросов. Convenience of movement of pedestrians in populated areas and ensuring the safety of their movement is one of the most important issues of traffic organization. However, we must pay special attention to the movement of pedestrians, with disabilities. After all, for the development of any society this is one of the paramount issues.
