Математическое моделирование силового взаимодействия валков пресса и прессуемой смеси

Abstract

Разработана усовершенствованная модель силового взаимодействия валков валкового пресса и прессуемой смеси. Описаны зависимости формирования боковой силы, действующей на вал со стороны прессуемой смеси, от минимального зазора между поверхностями валов, а также от параметров сцепления между частицами смеси и возрастания данного сцепления с ростом среднего осевого напряжения, насыпной плотности смеси и требуемой плотности плитки. Разработана методика оценки горизонтальной силы, действующей на вал со стороны прессуемой смеси. An improved model of the force interaction of the pressed mixture with the shafts of the shaft press has been developed. The dependence of the formation of the lateral force acting on the shaft from the side of the pressed mixture on the minimum gap between the surfaces of the shafts, as well as the parameters of adhesion between the particles of the mixture and the increase in this adhesion with an increase in the axial stress, the density of the bulk of the mixture and the required tile density is described. A method for estimating the horizontal force acting on the shaft from the side of the pressed mixture has been developed.
