Новое технологическое оборудование для комплексной переработки пищевого сырья растительного происхождения

Abstract

Рассматривается новое технологическое оборудование для комплексной переработки пищевого сырья растительного происхождения. Приведена информация о новых образцах технологического оборудования для измельчения, классификации и смешивания растительного сырья; дана оценка перспектив технического использования и рекомендаций по применению их в различных отраслях перерабатывающей промышленности. Исходя из феноменологической оценки стадий переработки сырья растительного происхождения предлагается активизировать технологическую переработку на основе совершенствования механизмов воздействия на обрабатываемую среду. Это направление базируется на адаптивных методах организации рабочего процесса и повышения энергонапряженности оборудования. Currently, the development of food industry development direction stimulates production of ingredients, concentrates and additives, flavorings and processing aids, instant products. Domestic food industry has deep experience in the production of these products, but the dynamics of turbulent development in this direction globally requires the creation of new technological equipment that is the aim of the work performed. On the skeleton of the phenomenological evaluation stages of processing raw materials of vegetable origin are encouraged to strengthen technological processing by improving mechanisms to influence the processing medium. This direction is based on adaptive methods of workflow and increase power density equipment. The article presents information about new samples of technological equipment for grinding, classification and mixing plant material, and assesses the prospects for their use and technical recommendations for their use in various process industries.
