Совершенствование внебюджетного финансирования высшего образования

Abstract

In the paper the system of financing higher education in foreign countries and in the Republic of Belarus is described and the correlation between state and private financing is studied. The author has suggested forming up the strategy of financial state of higher educational establishments by means of attracting additional non-state sources of financing: through improvement of the system of payment for training, the application of agreements for training. The use of the suggested approaches will permit to arrange close and mutually beneficial relations between higher educational establishments and the services consumers, give impulses to research work and to the application of its results in industry, which will finally improve the quality of higher education.
