Инновационная и демографическая функции государства в системе его функций

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы реализации инновационной и демографической функций государства. Обосновано использование системного подхода в ходе исследования функций государства, что позволяет не просто упорядочить знания при изучении отдельных его функций, а в гораздо более полной мере уяснить содержание и структурные особенности каждой из функций государства, охарактеризовать присущие им формы реализации. Инновационная и демографическая функции государства исследуются в их системной взаимосвязи между собой. Доказано, что комплексная реализация инновационной и демографической функций государства призвана создавать необходимые базовые условия для обеспечения достойного уровня и качества жизни его граждан. Обоснованы основные области пересечения между собой инновационной и демографической функций государства. Исследован институт гражданства в контексте его роли в реализации инновационной и демографической функций государства. Автором предложена логическая модель взаимосвязи между инновационной функцией государства и демографической функцией государства. The article discusses the realization of the innovation and demographic functions of the state. The use of the systematic approach in the research of the functions of the state is justified, which allows not only to organize knowledge when researching its individual functions, but to much more fully understand the content and structural features of each of the functions of the state, and to characterize their inherent forms of realization. The innovation and demographic functions of the state are researched in their systemic relationship with each other. It has been proven that the comprehensive realization of the innovation and demographic functions of the state is designed to create the necessary basic conditions to ensure the decent level and quality of life for its citizens. The main areas of intersection between the innovation and demographic functions of the state are substantiated. The institution of citizenship is researched in the context of its role in the realization of the innovation and demographic functions of the state. The author proposed the logical model of the relationship between the innovation function of the state and the demographic function of the state.
