Государственные программы как правовой инструмент системной интеграции инновационной и аграрной политики Республики Беларусь

Abstract

В статье исследуется проблема законодательного регулирования координации и системной интеграции государственной инновационной и аграрной политики. Обосновано, что государственные программы инновационного развития и развития аграрной сферы выступают в Республике Беларусь в качестве важного правового инструмента системной интеграции инновационной и аграрной политики государства. Установлены взаимосвязи между инновационной и аграрной политикой Республики Беларусь и особенности их законодательного регулирования. In article the problem of the legislative regulation of the coordination and systemic integration of the state innovation and agricultural policy is investigated. It is substantiated that state programs for the innovation development and development of the agricultural sector act in the Republic of Belarus as an important legal instrument for the systemic integration of the innovation and agricultural policies of the state. The relationships between the innovation and agricultural policies of the Republic of Belarus and the specifics of their legislative regulation are established.
