Перспективы феррозондовой диагностики слабомагнитных сталей аустенитного класса

Abstract

Рассмотрены перспективы применения разных моделей феррозондовой аппаратуры для локальной диагностики ферритной α-фазы в сталях аустенитного класса. Они позволяют измерять с погрешностью не более ±5 % содержание ферромагнитной фазы от 2,0 до 12 % и с погрешностью не более ±7 % при содержании ферромагнитной фазы до 25 % и более. The prospects of using different models of ferro-probe equipment for local diagnostics of the ferrite α-phase in steels of austenitic class are considered. The equipment makes it possible to measure the content of the ferromagnetic phase from 2.0 to 12 % with an error of no more than ±5 % and with an error of no more than ±7 % with a ferromagnetic phase content of up to 25 % or more.
