Increasing to competitive ability region is the source of the economic growing stature of the whole country and base of the undertaking national politicians’ reductions of regional disproportion and assistance more balanced development. It’s necessary for discovery and well-timed estimation evaluation of competitive ability of the directions to competitions and factors of increasing to competitive ability of the region for efficient regional management governing.
