Abstract:
To solve the problem of eliminating the freezing of the ventilation unit with a recuperator in the construction and reconstruction of buildings, a method for determining the volume of condensate formed during the passage of the removed air through the recuperator has been developed. Regression equations are obtained to determine the absolute humidity in the saturation state depending on the air temperature. A series of calculations using Mathcad software package to analyze the dependence of the condensate volume on the air parameters at the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger was performed. A schematic diagram of the ventilation unit with a recuperator, equipped with condensate removal systems to reduce the formation of ice in the exhaust air duct.
