Abstract:
The polystylistic state of modern culture involves the coexistence in a single space of culture of many options of the manifestation of the style of culture, where there is a constant dialogue between representatives of different cultures. This situation naturally raises the question of the ways and forms of new intercultural communications in connection with the changed cultural field. The transformation of industrial society into a post-industrial and informational society was accompanied by the emergence and spread of completely new communicative

structures and processes. In humanitarian studies of our time, there are quite a few different theories in the study of intercultural communication processes. Among the author's theories, the theory of cultures of the Ni-Derland sociologist G. Hofstede should be distinguished, this theory is today one of the famous type logics of corporate cultures, and there are equally significant theories of intercultural communications by E. Hall and R. Lewis. Intercultural communication processes in the twenty-first century can be viewed at the micro and macro levels. Intercultural communication is now particularly important in the process of resolving intercultural conflicts. Here you can see forms of intercultural communication as ways to overcome, resolve conflicts.
