Abstract:
В статье рассмотрены вопросы увеличения рентабельности деятельности организации путем управления затратами на транспорт. Приведена комплексная методика расчета резервов факторов и результатов, позволяющая учесть все изменения. The article discusses the issues of increasing the profitability of the organization through the management of transport costs. A comprehensive methodology for calculating reserves of factors and results is presented, which allows taking into account all changes.
