Abstract:
В статье проведены исследования роли интересов и отношений в обеспечении устойчивого развития предприятия. Результаты устойчивого развития характеризуются непрерывным улучшением финансовых показателей, повышением эффективности использования имущества и полным выполнением всех обязательств предприятия. Теоретические разработки и опыт реализации стратегии устойчивого развития создают возможность выработки правил и процедур обоснования соответствующей стратегии, ориентации интересов предприятия и его персонала на устойчивое развитие и регламентации требуемых для этого отношений. The article studies the role of interests and relationships in ensuring sustainable development of an enterprise. The results of sustainable development are characterized by continuous improvement in financial performance, increased efficiency in the use of property and full fulfillment of all the company’s obligations. Theoretical developments and experience in implementing a sustainable development strategy create an opportunity to develop rules and procedures for substantiating an appropriate strategy, orienting the interests of an enterprise and its personnel towards sustainable development and regulating the relations required for this.
