Abstract:
В статье рассмотрен процесс создания кластеров как механизм формирования инновационной политики в регионе. Проанализированы предпосылки и условия формирования кластеров в АПК Могилевской области. Выделены этапы формирования кластера и положительные аспекты его создания. Обращено внимание на роль и задачи местных органов власти в создании кластера. Аrticle describes the process of creating clusters as the mechanism of formation of innovation policy in the region. Analyzed the prerequisites and conditions for the formation of clusters in the agroindustrial complex of the Mogilev region.
