В статье приведены результаты исследования влияния частоты горения импульсного тлеющего разряда на глубину структурно-фазовых превращений в быстрорежущих сталях. The article presents the results of a study of the effect of the frequency of combustion of a pulsed glow discharge on the depth of structural-phase transformations in high-speed steels.
