Abstract:
Статья посвящена вопросу повышения КПД планетарной цевочной передачи типа K-H-V путем снижения потерь мощности в контакте цевок и зубьев сателлита. Получены зависимости для определе- ния максимальных потерь мощности на трение, приходящихся на одну цевку, для случаев применения сателлитов с циклоидальным или круговым профилем зубьев. В результате компьютерного моделирования установлено КПД исследуемой передачи с рассматриваемыми профилями зубьев, работающей в режиме мультипликатора. The article deals with the issue of increasing the efficiency of the KHV-type planetary lantern gearing by reducing power losses in the contact area of pins and satellite teeth. Dependencies have been obtained to determine the maximum power losses due to friction per one pin when using the satellites with a cycloidal or circular tooth profile. Computer simulation made it possible to find the efficiency of the transmission under study which has the tooth profiles given above and operates in the multiplier mode.
