Abstract:
Рассмотрено гранулирование методом окатывания и его стадии. Отмечено, что немаловажными параметрами, характеризующими образование гранул в процессе гранулирования методом окатывания, являются: количество ретура, наличие жидкой фазы, температура и время окатывания. Приведена технология получения гранул. Представлен расчет основных параметров барабанного гранулятора при гранулообразовании комплексных удобрений. The work discusses granulation by the pelletizing method and its stages. It is noted that important parameters characterizing the formation of granules in the process of granulation by the pelletizing method are; the amount of retour, the presence of a liquid phase, temperature and soaking time. The technology for producing granules is presented. The calculation of the main parameters of a drum granulator for the granulation of complex fertilizers is presented.
