Abstract:
Приведены результаты исследований, направленных на разработку композиционных порошков на керамической основе, изготавливаемых с применением способа механического легирования, а также технология их подготовки для высокопроизводительного напыления плазменных покрытий. Представлены результаты исследований характеристик порошков, их фазового состава и морфологии. Рассмотрены результаты изучения структуры и свойства покрытий. The article presents the results of research aimed at developing composite ceramic-based powders manufactured using the method of mechanical alloying, and the technology of their preparation for high-performance spraying of plasma coatings. The results of studies of powders’ characteristics, s well as their phase composition and morphology, are given. The article also considers the results of studying the structure and properties of the coatings.
