Abstract:
Показано, что гигиенические нормативы, установленные для отдельных соединений, не учитывают особенностей комбинированного действия и малопригодны для прогнозирования вредного действия
реальных полиметаллических аэрозолей, образующихся на рабочих местах в различных отраслях машиностроения. Такие аэрозоли могут проявлять способность к сверхкумуляции и гиперсенсибилизации на
уровне субпороговых доз. Необходима разработка критериев раннего обнаружения вредного влияния
таких аэрозолей на здоровье работников на конкретных рабочих местах. The paper shows that the hygienic standards established for individual compounds do not take into account
the specifics of combined action and are of little use for predicting the harmful effects of real polymetallic
aerosols formed in workplaces in various branches of mechanical engineering. Such aerosols may exhibit the
ability to overcumulate and hypersensitize at the level of sub-threshold doses. It is necessary to develop criteria
for early detection of the harmful effects of such aerosols on the health of workers in specific workplaces.
