Abstract:
В статье на основе документальных материалов, в том числе – архивных документов, анализируются проблемы, связанные с преодолением последствий войны в освобожденных районах восточных областей Беларуси. Показаны последствия оккупационного режима, пути и методы, а также трудности и нерешенные проблемы в восстановлении учреждений культуры Витебской и Могилевской областей БССР в 1943– 1945 гг. The article is based on documentary materials, including archival
documents. It analyzes the problems associated with overcoming the
consequences of the war in the liberated areas of the eastern regions of Belarus.
The article shows the consequences of the occupation regime, as well as the
ways and methods, the difficulties and unresolved problems in the restoration of
cultural institutions in the Vitebsk and Mogilev regions of the BSSR in 1943-
1945.
