Abstract:
В статье рассмотрены состав, динамика и структура расходов по отдельным социальным статьям и доходов бюджета Республики Беларусь, в части формируемых за счет платежей физических лиц, даны рекомендации по совершенствованию социальной политики государства с позиции взаимодействия с потенциальным налогоплательщиком посредством цифровизации данных.
The article examines the composition, dynamics and structure of expenses for individual social items and budget revenues of the Republic of Belarus, in terms of those generated through payments from individuals, and provides recommendations for improving the state’s social policy from the perspective of interaction with potential taxpayers through data digitalization.
