Abstract:
В статье проведен анализ финансового состояния исследуемого предприятия с применением методов стратегического анализа окружающей среды, выбора конкурентных стратегий развития и выявления стратегических альтернатив, что позволило обосновать возможные управленческие решения для повышения эффективности ее деятельности.
The article analyzes the financial condition of the investigated enterprise with the
use of methods of strategic analysis of the environment, selection of competitive development strategies and identification of strategic alternatives, which allowed to justify possible management decisions to improve the efficiency of its activities.
