Abstract:
В статье рассмотрены состав, динамика и структура расходов бюджета Республики Беларусь на образование и здравоохранение. Проведена оценка тенденций в развитии экономики республики на уровне домохозяйств. Даны рекомендации по совершенствованию социальной политики государства с позиции взаимодействия с потенциальным налогоплательщиком (домохозяйством).
The article examines the composition, dynamics and structure of budget expenditures of the Republic of Belarus on education and healthcare. The trends in the development of the republican economy at the household level are assessed. Recommendations are given for improving the state social policy from the perspective of interaction with a potential taxpayer (household).
