Abstract:
Предложено создать единый диспетчерский центр координации работы
экстренных служб для крупных городских агломераций России на основе использования интеллектуальных технологий, а также проектов «умного» города. Схематически представлен алгоритм работы системы, обозначены ее преимущества и сложности эксплуатации.
It is proposed to create a single dispatch center for coordinating the work of
emergency services for large urban agglomerations of Russia based on the use of intelligent
technologies, as well as smart city projects. The algorithm of the system operation is
schematically presented, its advantages and complexities of operation are indicated.
