Abstract:
Рассмотрены особенности проведения «внутреннего антикризисного
управления». Представлен механизм «внутреннего антикризисного управления»
транспортным предприятием с учетом вариативности проявления кризисных ситуаций.
Установлена и проанализирована возможность интеграционного использования методов
управления кризисными ситуациями на транспортных предприятиях при
взаимодействии различных блоков управления. The features of the «internal crisis management» are considered. The mechanism
of «internal anti-crisis management» of a transport enterprise is presented, taking into account
the variability of the manifestation of crisis situations. The possibility of integrating the use of
crisis management methods at transport enterprises in the interaction of various control units
has been established and analyzed.
