Abstract:
Показана проблема развития авторемонтных технологий, связанная с
разработкой и внедрением новых материалов и прогрессивных технологических
процессов в автомобилестроении. Рассмотрены некоторые способы решения проблемы
обработки мелких автомобильных деталей с помощью керамических режущих пластин.
Установлено, что уникальные свойства керамики позволяют использовать ее в
различных областях механической обработки, в том числе как режущий инструмент для
качественной обработки автомобильных деталей с поверхностями повышенной
точности.
The problem of the development of automotive repair technologies, which is
associated with the development and introduction of new materials and advanced technological
processes in the automotive industry, is shown. Some ways of solving the problem of processing
small automotive parts using ceramic cutting plates are considered. It has been established that
the unique properties of ceramics allow it to be used in various fields of mechanical processing,
including as a cutting tool for high-quality machining of automotive parts with high-precision
surfaces.
