В статье описывается понятие стратегии и методов оценки ее эффективности, рассматривается стратегия развития как эффективный вид
стратегического планирования, на примере ОАО «Могилевтехмонтаж» приводится расчет влияния стратегии на основные показатели деятельности
предприятия.
The article describes the concept of strategy and methods for evaluating its effectiveness, considers the development strategy as an effective type of strategic planning, and uses the example of OJSC Mogilevtekhmontazh to calculate the impact of
