Abstract:
В статье представлены результаты проектного блока управления
многономенклатурными запасами предприятия в системе стратегического управления
оборотными средствами. Решена оптимизационная задача в рамках выстроенной
альтернативы: многономенклатурной модели EOQ для случая независимых поставок от
нескольких поставщиков; многономенклатурной модели с единым циклом поставок. В
статье вынесены результаты поэтапных расчетов параметров управления запасами для
выбранных оптимальных систем по каждой номенклатурной позиции группы нитей
полиэфирных. The article presents the results of the project block of management of multi-nomenclature
inventories of the enterprise in the system of strategic working capital management. The
optimization problem is solved within the framework of the constructed alternative: multinomenclature EOQ model for the case of independent supplies from several suppliers; multinomenclature model with a single supply cycle. The paper presents the results of step-by-step
calculations of inventory management parameters for the selected optimal systems for each
nomenclature item of polyester yarns group.
