Abstract:
В статье исследуются особенности силового взаимодействия гусеничного движителя с грунтом. Опровергается устоявшееся мнение о безусловной пользе увеличения количества и высоты грунтозацепов для повышения тяговых характеристик. Представлена аналитическая модель, учитывающая явление перераспределения нагрузки («подпрессовки») по грунтозацепам гусеничной ленты, приводящее к тому, что
на предельном режиме лишь последний грунтозацеп реализует полную несущую способность грунта. На основе разработанного двухфазного метода расчета разрушения грунта определены оптимальные соотношения геометрических параметров грунтозацепов для трактора Б14, позволяющие повысить коэффициент сцепления. Показано значительное влияние динамики нагружения на величину реализуемого коэффициента сцепления. Предложены практические рекомендации по оптимизации конструкции движителя. The article examines the features of the force interaction between a tracked mover
and the soil. The established opinion about the absolute benefit of increasing the number and
height of lugs for improving traction characteristics is refuted. An analytical model is presented
that takes into account the phenomenon of load redistribution ("compression") along the lugs of the track, leading to the fact that in the limit mode only the last lug realizes the full bearing capacity of the soil. Based on the developed two-phase method for calculating soil destruction, optimal ratios of the geometric parameters of the lugs for the B14 tractor are determined, allowing to increase the adhesion coefficient. A significant influence of the loading dynamics on the value of the realized adhesion coefficient is shown. Practical recommendations for optimizing the design of the mover are proposed.
