Финансовая и материальная помощь населения Витебской и Могилевской областей БССР фронту (осень 1943-1945 гг.)

Abstract

В статье проанализирована деятельность органов власти, общественных организаций и населения Могилевской и Витебской областей БССР по оказанию помощи фронту осенью 1943-1945 г. Отмечается, что она имела свои особенности и на первом этапе была сопряжена со значительными проблемами и трудностями, связанными, прежде всего с тем, что до полного освобождения территории БССР в ходе операции «Багратион» летом 1944 г. многие районы этих областей являлись прифронтовыми. Автором обобщен опыт деятельности партийных и советских органов, общественных организаций и патриотическое движение населения по оказанию помощи фронту, показано содержание, основные направления, формы и методы этой работы. С опорой на фактический материал проанализирована финансовая и материальная помощь населения фронту (сбор средств в фонд обороны, фонд Красной Армии, на боевую технику, подписка на военные займы, помощь госпиталям). Показана значительная непосредственная помощь населения частям Красной Армии и управлений военно-восстановительных работ в воссоздании дорог, мостов и других важных для наступающей армии и возрождения народного хозяйства объектов. Отмечается, что в патриотическое движение помощи фронту были вовлечены практически все социальные группы, в том числе православное духовенство и верующие. Выявлены основные проблемы и трудности, возникавшие в деятельности государственных структур, общественных организаций и населения по оказанию помощи фронту в регионе. The article analyzes the activities of the authorities, public organizations and the population of the Mogilev and Vitebsk regions of the BSSR in providing assistance to the front in the autumn of 1943-1945. It is noted that it had its own peculiarities and at its first stage encountered significant problems and difficulties, primarily due to the fact that before the complete liberation of the territory of the BSSR during Operation Bagration in the summer of 1944, many districts of these regions were frontline areas. The author summarizes the results of the activities of the Communist Party and Soviet bodies, public organizations and the patriotic movement of the population in providing assistance to the front, and shows the content, main directions, forms and methods of this work. Based on factual material, the financial and material assistance of the population to the front was analyzed (raising money for the Defense Fund, the Red Army Fund, and for military equipment, subscriptions to war loans, and hospital care). The significant direct assistance of the population to the units of the Red Army and the departments of military and reconstruction works in the restoration of roads, bridges and other important facilities for the advancing army and the restoration of the national economy is shown. It is noted that almost all social groups, including the Orthodox clergy and parishioners, were involved in the patriotic movement of helping the front. The main problems and difficulties in the activities of government agencies, public organizations and the population in providing assistance to the front in the region have been identified.
