Abstract:
В статье исследуется экологическая функция государства как одно из основных направлений его деятельности в современных условиях. Установлено, что экологическая функция государства охватывает собой обеспечение охраны окружающей среды,
соблюдения, охраны и защиты экологических прав и законных интересов физических и юридических лиц, содействие рациональному природопользованию и обеспечение экологической безопасности. Предложена и сформулирована авторская дефиниция экологической функции государства.
In article the ecological function of the state as one of the main directions of its activity in modern conditions is investigated. It has
been established that the ecological function of the state includes ensuring environmental protection, compliance, protection and defense of environmental
rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities, promoting rational use of natural resources and ensuring environmental safety. The author's
definition of the ecological function of the state is proposed and formulated.
