Abstract:
В статье исследуются взаимосвязи между экологической и инновационной политикой Российского государства в контексте их законодательного регулирования. Обоснованы необходимость и целесообразность нормативного закрепления в законодательной базе Российской Федерации термина «государственная инновационная политика». Предложена и обоснована авторская дефиниция термина «государственная инновационная политика». Сформулированы и обоснованы авторские рекомендации по дополнению законодательно установленного в Российской Федерации перечня основных принципов охраны окружающей среды.
In article the relationships between the ecological and innovation policies of the Russian state in the context of their legislative regulation are investigated. The necessity and expediency of the normative fixation of the term «state innovation policy» in the legislative framework of the Russian Federation are substantiated. The author's definition of the term «state innovation policy» is proposed and substantiated. The author's recommendations for supplementing the list of basic principles of environmental protection, legislatively established in the Russian Federation, are formulated and substantiated.
