Abstract:
В статье рассматривается структура цифровой
платформы для поддержки принятия решений при формировании IT-команд. В
условиях растущих требованиях к гибкости и эффективности команд, важно
иметь структурированное решение, которое будет учитывать все аспекты
формирования команд: анализ компетенций, механизмы оценки, гибкая
структура команды.
The article examines the structure of a digital platform for decision support in the
formation of IT teams. In the context of growing demands for flexibility and effectiveness of teams,
it is important to have a structured solution that will take into account all aspects of team formation:
competence analysis, evaluation mechanisms, flexible team structure.
