Abstract:
В статье представлен аналитический блок разработки информационно-аналитической
платформы поддержки принятия решений в системе управления затратами
промышленного предприятия. Произведен ретроспективный анализ, динамики,
структуры, структурной динамики общей суммы затрат и издержкоемкости продукции
ОАО «Моготекс». Анализ затрат на рубль произведенной продукции,
детализированный по статьям и элементам, показал положительные результаты
снижения обобщающих и частных параметров в рамках реализуемой предприятием
стратегии бюджетирования. Аналитический блок подводит к проектным решениям
удлинения глубины переработки сырья с использованием целевого ориентира
инновационного развития технико-технологического кластера отделочной фабрики
ОАО «Моготекс».The article presents the analytical block of development of information-analytical platform of
decision-making support in the cost management system of industrial enterprise. Retrospective
analysis of the dynamics, structure, structural dynamics of the total amount of costs and cost
intensity of production of OJSC “Mogotex” is made. The analysis of costs per ruble of the
produced goods, detailed by items and elements, showed positive results of reduction of
generalizing and private parameters within the framework of the budgeting strategy
implemented by the enterprise. The analytical block leads to the project solutions of lengthening
the depth of raw material processing using the target benchmark of innovative development of
technical and technological cluster of finishing factory of JSC “Mogotex”.
