Abstract:
Проведено экспериментальное и численное исследование отражения объемных и поверхностных волн c неоднородной границей, что представляет интерес для ультразвукового контроля объектов сложного профиля, малых габаритов и со слоистой структурой. Предложена методика моделирования фазового сдвига волн и развит метод контроля качества сцепления материалов, основанный на оптимизации апертур и фаз мнимых источников упругих волн (УВ), отраженных
неоднородной границей, позволяющий существенно повысить чувствительность
выявления дефектов со слабой отражающей способностью путем приема рассеянной волны под углами минимумов 1-го и 2-го порядка поля опорного (мнимого) акустического пучка. Изучены особенности отражения, трансформации поверхностных акустических волн (ПАВ) и их прохождения через акустическую нагрузку, создаваемую твердым телом различной геометрии через скользящий контакт с образцом. Впервые получены зависимости коэффициентов отражения волны Стоунли KSt от угла наклона боковой грани - 60° ≥ α ≤ 60° отражателя звука (ОЗ), что представляет интерес для разработки ультразвуковых устройств контроля свойств поверхности и выявления дефектов. An experimental and numerical investigation of the reflection of volume and surface waves by an inhomogeneous boundary is performed, which is of interest for ultrasonic testing of objects of a complicated profile, small dimensions, and with a layered structure. A technique for modeling the phase shift of waves is suggested and a method for controlling the quality of the adhesion of materials is developed, which is based on the optimization of the apertures and phases of imaginary sources of elastic waves (EW) reflected by an inhomogeneous boundary, which makes it possible to significantly increase the detection sensitivity of defects with a weak reflectivity by receiving a scattered wave at an angle of the minima of the first and of the second order of the field of the reference (imaginary) acoustic beam. The features of reflection, transformation of surface acoustic waves (SAWs) and their passage through acoustic loading, created by a solid body of various geometry and sliding contact with the sample, are studied. Dependences of Stonely's reflection coefficients KSt on the slope angle - 60° ≥ α ≤ 60° - of the sound reflector (SR) were obtained for the first time, which is of interest for the development of ultrasonic devices for monitoring surface properties and detecting defects.
