Кинематический анализ сферических роликовых передач

Abstract

Приведен кинематический анализ сферических роликовых передач, обладающих низкой материалоемкостью и высокой нагрузочной способностью. Кратко рассмотрены структура и принцип работы передачи, у которой оси роликов зафиксированы на генераторе, совершающем сферическое движение. Определены скорости и ускорения основных элементов передачи. Выведены зависимости для расчета скоростей и ускорений центров масс тел качения. Полученные результаты позволяют проводить динамический анализ сферических роликовых передач. The paper presents the kinematic analysis of spherical roller transmissions characterized by low material consumption and high load-carrying capacity. This paper briefly describes the structure and principle of operation of the transmission, in which axes of rollers are fixed on the oscillator that performs spherical movement. Velocities and accelerations of the basic elements of the transmission were obtained. The dependencies for determining velocities and accelerations of centers of mass of rolling elements are given. The obtained results make it possible to carry out dynamic analysis of spherical roller transmissions.
