Abstract:
Приведена методика определения кинематических (рабочих) углов призматического резца. Получены зависимости, позволяющие определить величину кинематических углов в зависимости от режимов резания. Дана оценка их влияния и геометрических параметров инструмента на величину его рабочих углов.
Experimental studies of the mechanical characteristics of the steel EN 1.4003, applied in the design of the city bus of medium capacity were conducted. Based on the results of the tests, the identification of the main pamation and structural destruction processes was performed. The results of the full-scale and virtual versions of mechanical tests were compared. The results of the comparison showed satisfactory agreement.
