Повышение конкурентоспособности продукции на промышленном предприятии на примере ОАО «Ольса»

Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы состояния рынка основной продукции производства ОАО «Ольса», снижение ее конкурентоспособности, прежде всего, по сравнению с аналогичной продукцией китайского производства, выявлены главные причины. На базе проведенного анализа предложены некоторые пути развития предприятия с повышением конкурентоспособности продукции. В качестве основных направлений рассмотрены вопросы замены некоторых используемых материалов на инновационные, а также внедрение прогрессивных технологий и оборудования. The state of the market for the main products manufactured by JSC “Olsa“ are considered, as well as a decrease in their competitiveness, primarily compared to the similar products made in China, and the main causes of this decrease are determined. Based on the analysis conducted, some ways of the enterprise development are proposed, which will lead to an increase in product competitiveness. As the main directions of the development, the issues of substituting innovative materials for some of the materials used are considered, as well as the introduction of advanced technologies and equipment.
