Изложена технология магнитно-абразивного полирования (далее— МАП) швейных игл, позволяющая значительно улучшить их качество. Особенность технологии: одна электрофизическая операция заменяет четыре механических, что повышает производительность обработки.
The paper describes the methodology of magnetically-abrasive polishing sewing needles to improve the quality of their working surfaces. The technology allows us to replace a four mechanical operation of Electro, thus increasing productivity and reducing the cost of treatment of sewing needles. The design of a device for magnetic-abrasive polishing
sewing needles, stands out as the grant of the RВ patent. The developed device for short-time approval testing sewing needles consists of two units — one is for testing the resistance under the bending stress; the other is for testing the durability of sewing needles. This device for short-time approval testing provides data on the working capacity of sewing needles in a short time (15min).
