Abstract:
Исследуются изменения позиции органов власти в отношении средств массовой информации в начале XX в. в условиях революции 1905–1907 гг. и начала Первой мировой войны. Выделены методы прямого, административно-полицейского воздействия, а также законодательного, судебного регулирования сферы печати. Рассмотрены отдельные аспекты позиции местной администрации, Главного управления по делам печати, министра внутренних дел, депутатов Государственной думы к органам печати. Представлена общая характеристика функционирования Петербургского телеграфного агентства. The article researches changes in the position of authority in relation to the media at the beginning of the XX century. in the conditions of the revolution of 1905–1907. and the First World War. Selected methods of direct, administrative-police influences; and legislative, judicial regulation of the press. We consider some aspects of the position of the local administration, the General Administration of Press Affairs, Minister of Internal Affairs, State Duma deputies to the organs of the press. We presented a general characteristic of the functioning of the St. Petersburg Telegraph Agency.
